This Carrera Crossfire is a great option if you're commuting on potholed roads, rough bridleways or cobbled canal towpaths.

SR Suntour front suspension forks takes the sting out of those bumps and craters, making for a comfortable ride, even if you find yourself going off-road. The relaxed geometry of the frame is spot on for recreational rides or if you've got a history of back pain.

It's not the fastest ride in the Bike Project stable, but the 21 Shimano gears will give you loads of oomph on the flat with plenty to spare for demolishing any hills you come across.

This crossfire came into our workshop in good nick, and our mechanics have given a full check over, adding brand new Brake Cables, Chain, Freewheel, and Gear Cables. 

So if you're after a bike that does all the things a good bike should do - with those extra comfortable touches - then this Carrera is a superb choice. Just get in there first before this popular machine vanishes!
