The Light Blue Bicycle began its life way back in 1895, when John Albert Townsend produced hand built bicycles for the wealthy members of Cambridge University. Fun fact, The Light Blue name was taken from the University colours, but in those days all the bicycles were painted black!

The company are still going strong and are still making awesome bikes like this one! It's already got everything you'll need to get you around town (or around campus) in style. The 7 speeds are more than enough to get you up and over any hills you may encounter on your travels, the v-brakes give you reliable stopping power and it's already fitted with mudguards and a pannier rack so it's a commuting beast!

This bike came to us in great condition, it's basically a new bike! Our mechanics have given it a full tune-up so it's ready to ride!
