Jess Miller

I have nearly always known I wanted to work in an organisation that improves the lives of others. In 2017, I spent some time volunteering in refugee camps in Greece and this really sparked my aspirations to work in the refugee sector. When an opportunity arose to work at The Bike Project I was so excited that I jumped on a plane and moved to London!

After two years working in the Operations Team, my role is now focused on managing the community, events and direct giving fundraising streams, as well as developing our retail arm. I love going to work each day knowing that my work helps to get refugees riding in London.
