This Marin is a sound mountain bike that would also perform admirably around the city streets. With its front suspension and off-road tread tyres, you won't be at the front of the pack but you'll get to your destination in comfort. This bike would make an excellent all purpose run around whether you need it for a quick trip down to the shops or for exercise. 

The frame is strong and reliable. You'll have a good set of front suspension forks taking the worst of the bumps of the trail or road and Shimano V-Brakes to give you excellent stopping power. 24 speeds give you plenty of choice whilst chunky tyres deliver excellent grip whether on or off road.
