The Bike Project is going through a significant period of growth. We are expanding the delivery of bike donations and various programmes, whilst developing our retail arm, The Bike Shop. We are looking for passionate people to join our team.

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to support the Head of Impact and Programmes to implement project plans that achieve KPIs related to bike donations, volunteering and Bike Buddies (our refugee befriending programme).

Programmes and Bike Recipient Support Coordinator

We are expanding the delivery of bike donations as well as our programmes Pedal Power and Bike Buddies, whilst developing our retail arm The Bike Shop. This is where you come in. We are looking for a Programmes and Bike Recipient Support Coordinator to support our bike recipients, answer their questions and ensure our activities are managed in line with project plans and funding requirements.

Shop Technical Assistant (3 days a week)

We are looking for a part-time Shop Technical Assistant for our bike shop team on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. This is a dynamic role encompassing all aspects of the customers journey with The Bike Project and requires a good working knowledge bikes as well as our products, services and policies.

Location: Deptford shop (moving to Camberwell in April)
Salary: £24,000 FTE / £14,400 pro rata
